I've worked over 15 years in various industries as a successful Executive Assistant & Project Manager for several top CEOs and organization Administrators in the Greater New Orleans area.  I started my consulting firm Dynamic Consulting Solutions, in 2013 as a way to supplement my income. I provided freelance coaching and training to administrative support staff who were looking to refine their skill sets and learn new skills with hopes of eventually landing an administrative support role with C-level executives similar to what I had been able to accomplish.

Things had been going pretty well for me with balancing both a full time demanding career and my freelance consulting, but in 2017, I was diagnosed with End Stage Renal Failure had to endure daily dialysis treatments and my career and life that I had become accustomed to came to a halt. Even after having a successful kidney transplant and returning to my normal routine, I knew that could not continue my professional life as it was before so I began to search for an alternative. 

Since I had already been offering freelance coaching and training to secretaries and administrative professionals,  I decided to re-shift, resign from my 9-5 and formally launch my consulting firm. Since then, Dynamic has been my new passion. 

After surviving a life threatening illness along with all of the loss and trauma we all have experienced during the current pandemic, there was no way I could remain the same. I HAD to follow my passion and do what brings me peace all while fulfilling my purpose in life which I believe is service to others. I also never again want to feel that I don't have control over my time, earning potential and quality of life. After all, none of us are promised tomorrow. We have to seize the day and take advantage of every opportunity to live and thrive and be the very best versions of ourselves.

Today, I am a full time entrepreneur. I have expanded my organization to also include workshops, business development services and strategic planning for businesses and non profits..
